How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime at sorella-salon-and-spa.square.site, call us at (803) 774-7711, or email sorellasalonandspasc@gmail.com. We are by appointment only.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
What products do you use?
We use only professional-grade, salon-exclusive product lines including Olaplex, Redken, and Schwarzkopf Professional. We're happy to discuss product recommendations for your hair type during your consultation.
Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available directly in front of and adjacent to the salon. Accessible parking spaces are close to the entrance.
Do you offer consultations?
Every service begins with a complimentary consultation. For major color transformations or extensions, we recommend a standalone consultation so we can properly assess your hair and map out a plan.
